Cheesy Dip with a Kick. It’s not for sissies…. (it’s not spicy, it’s wonderfully tangy)

Ingredients

8oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 Cups grated aged or smoked white cheddar
2 Cups grated Mozzarella
1/2 Cup of Lager Beer
2 tsp garlic powder
a few splashes of Tobasco
Best when serve with Soft Pretzels

Directions

Measure out all the ingredients and mix them together by hand, a wooden spoon works best.
Place in crock or oven-safe bowl.  Heat until melted – can heat in the oven, toaster oven or microwave.
If oven heating, toss some extra mozzarella on top to get toasty.Serve with cut up Soft Pretzels or Pretzel Bites.
