Over time, as health concerns have come up for friends or family, I’ve delved into research about how food (and sometimes) supplements can help/hinder healing or progression.  Obviously nothing here is medical advise, just information I’ve both found and tried that may be helpful.  I sometimes wonder if, along with the health benefits of whole food, does just the mere fact that you are controlling something anything, give you hope and confidence in the midst of medical trials.
