This is SO much better than it sounds

Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

1 bag frozen chicken thighs chicken (or your favorite)
2 tsp paprika
1 jar apricot jam
1 cups mayonnaise (trust me it’s good)
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp garlic/pepper (if you haven’t cooked with Garlic Pepper, it’s time to start!)

 

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the jam, mayonnaise, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Pour sauce over chicken.
2. Cover chicken with aluminum foil, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Bake chicken, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 45 minutes.
