1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb) boneless rolled pork loin roast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (16oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Ingredients
The tang of cranberry adds such flavor to the pork loin.
Directions
Cut roast in half and place in a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Welcome! I'm Deb. This site started as a way to organize my favorite recipes, gardening attempts and my love of succulents. It's kind of my little internet home. I love to cook, particularly for crowds, but I also write, garden, and upcycle (big, big fan of spray paint). I'm a California native, born and raised, living in Tennessee. I'm also a multi-media artist and hunt and sell vintage and antique collectables.
