Anyone living with Fibromyalgia knows that there are no simple answers. It’s a bit different for everyone and different things work. There is, of course, a ridiculous amount of information on the internet of what to do, not to do, take, not take, etc, etc. When I was diagnosed in 2010, I walked out of the doctors office thinking “well that’s stupid” Fibromyalgia is one of thos fake diseases that the medical community assigns when they don’t know what else to label you with. It wasn’t until 3 years later that my Rheumatologist explained what it truly was and bluntly said you can choose to believe it doesn’t exist is you want, but you have severe Fibromyalgia. Hmmm…okay so what do I do? Well take two of these and one of these. Oh, there’s still pain. Okay take 4 of these and two of those. Oh Migraines now? Double this, but leave that the same. After two years of double, change, switch, double, switch, change, I’m not liking this. So I research. I’m including here information I find, research, and in most cases test. I’ll let you know if it works for me …. but up to you if it works for you and, of course, this is not medical advise … just me working through a new lifestyle – preferably pain free.
