1 lb Chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 cup coarsely chopped yellow onion
1 can Great Northern beans, drained
1 can Black beans, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 Tbl Texas-style chili seasoning

Great for a cold winter night!
Directions
Put a small amount of oil in the bottom of the pan. Put on sear/saute until hot. Add onion and chicken. Cook 5-7 minutes until brown. Add rest of the ingredients, cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Quick release.
