Ingredients

4 egg yolks
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper

Directions

Place yolk and garlic in the bowl, blend on medium until smooth. Add half of the olive oil and blend, then add the remaining and blend until completely combined. Finally, add the salt and pepper to taste. and lemon juice. Final blend for 30 seconds.
