Oh my gosh … fresh cucumbers from the garden!
Ingredients
(2) Cucumbers
Scallions
5 Tsp – White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp – Sesame Oil
2 Tsp – Sugar
Salt/Pepper
Directions
Peel cucumbers, then halve lengthwise. Scoop out seeds with a spoon and discard. Slice flesh into thin semi-circles. Trim and thinly slice scallions – I use greens, but you can also use white if you prefer more onion. In a medium bowl, toss together cucumber, scallions, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and a large pinch of salt and pepper.

Welcome! I'm Deb. This site started as a way to organize my favorite recipes, gardening attempts and my love of succulents. It's kind of my little internet home. I love to cook, particularly for crowds, but I also write, garden, and upcycle (big, big fan of spray paint). I'm a California native, born and raised, living in Tennessee. I'm also a multi-media artist and hunt and sell vintage and antique collectables.
