No "Shortcake" but oh so good!
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
2oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
3/4+ tsp Vanilla
1 cup Strawberries, Sliced
2 Boxes Athens Mini Fillo Shells
Directions
Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form, set aside
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Vanilla is 3/4 tsp. First time I made this, I accidentally put way too much and it was great! Add whipped cream. and beat until well combined. Fill Filo Cups. I used boxed Fillo Cups that you can buy in the frozen food section. Top with sliced strawberry. Use immediately or chill.
