Ingredients

(2) Lg. Tomatoes
1 Pkg. Frozen Spinach
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Basil and Sundried Tomato Vinegar
1/3 cup Bacon bits

Directions

Cut tomatoes in half and hollow out pulp. Fill tomatoes with spinach and bacon bits. Pour vinegar over spinach and top with Parmesan Cheese. Broil until golden brown.

Note: if you can’t find Basil and Sundried Tomato Vinegar, you can also add sundried tomatoes to spinach mixture and pour basil vinegar over the top.
